Diana L. Bartolotta

Attorney Bartolotta is an experienced Commercial Counsel / General Counsel attorney with 17+ years of experience and a focus on software, SaaS, and technology transactions, from both the sales and procurement sides. Her compliance experience includes the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
